OBINNA CHIJIOKE ANABA is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience. He has held a variety of roles in Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Development and Change Management, in Shell Nigeria including an international assignment at the Corporate Head Office of Shell International Exploration and Production, Netherlands. He is currently a human capital development consultant at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
A fully developed and mature Business / HR professional and Leader, Mr Anaba has worked in and led diverse teams from different cultures and orientation, helping Shell define and set HR Strategy, aligning same with business requirements; attracting, developing and retaining top quality technical and leadership capacity to deliver today's business and ensure long term value creation and sustainability.
Mr. Anaba is a fellow of the institute of Personnel Managers and National Institute of Directors of Nigeria.
